Wash by hand or machine wash at 20°C (68°F) on a gentle cycle. Air dry. Do not tumble dry. Iron on the cotton setting. Dry clean if preferred. Wash less. Your denim will last longer and age beautifully.

Items are normally dispatched within 4 working days after order confirmation and recieving payment.

The delivery time of pre-order items is 2-4 weeks. For items without painting it is 2 weeks, for items with painting 4 weeks.

Shipping costs are dependent on the delivery method chosen and are stated on the order before it is dispatched.

Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia:

Courier service - delivery to the Buyer's address.
Delivery to the Buyer's place of delivery.
Czech Post - standard or express delivery.
PPL - standard delivery.

Preferred carrier can be indicated in the note, for express delivery by courier by personal agreement via email atelier@heavensjeans.com.

For items for collection at a pick up point, we will send you information by email when the items will be ready at the address:
