RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your notice of withdrawal through the online form before the 14-day period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return Items within 14 days to the address below. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and complete, including tags. Include original packaging please, if possible.

The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.

We will refund you after we receive and check the returned goods, together with the original delivery cost (standard shipping option). Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded through this online store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. 

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the online form below before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. Once we receive your notice, we will send you a confirmation of receipt together with further instructions for returning the goods.

The returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The goods should be returned complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.

 

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the extent required by applicable law. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal is governed by applicable consumer protection legislation and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
